Cranfield are a leading supplier of healthcare professionals in the Aged Care, Allied Health, Social Care and Psychology sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
Supplying healthcare workers on-site; from individual roles to staffing entire facilities, Cranfield needed a simple, fast and reliable way to onboard and verify healthcare workers as part of their vetting process.
Cranfield also relied heavily on their internal use of Jobadder recruitment software, so they needed something that would seamlessly work and embed into their existing processes.
How ScreenlyyID Helps
To address these challenges, the following needed to be met:
- Integration with Cranfield Groups JobAdder recruitment software
- No-code verification process that could be distributed to healthcare professionals via SMS
- A back office integration so Cranfield Group could view results in their JobAdder system
ScreenlyyID was able to provide this using our unique no-code links. These are created via a simple API integration with JobAdder, creating links on-demand, and leveraging JobAdders SMS capabilities to send these out to candidates.
Candidates would then complete the identity verification process on their own devices, with results fed back to Cranfields recruitment software.
